ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I started Hill Country Hiring Co. because I've been on both sides of this process and I know how much it matters. I know what it feels like to sit across the table as an employer hoping the next candidate walks in and just gets it. And I know what it feels like to be the candidate who is more than qualified but just can't seem to get in front of the right person.
As a military spouse and active duty family, I've learned what it means to walk into a new community, earn trust from scratch, and show up fully. Even when everything is unfamiliar. That's not just my background. It's how I run this business.
